About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Application & Website Monitoring Associate to monitor applications and websites and ensure they are functioning properly and operating as expected.

The role involves identifying issues,



coordinating with Development Teams, following up on fixes, verifying resolutions, and maintaining accurate monitoring and issue-tracking records.

Key Responsibilities1. Application Monitoring
- Add and maintain applications in the monitoring system.
- Regularly monitor application functionality, activities, and results.
- Identify application errors, failures, or unusual activities.
- Record and report issues with proper details and supporting information.
- Coordinate and follow up with the Development Team until resolution.
- Verify fixes provided by developers and recheck applications after resolution.
- Maintain accurate issue status and monitoring records.
- Escalate critical, repeated, or long-pending issues to the reporting manager.

2. Website Monitoring
- Add new websites to the monitoring system as required.
- Conduct routine checks of website availability and functionality.
