- Experience Range:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in delivery management, with proven expertise in project and program management within data engineering environments
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Manage end-to-end delivery of data engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope, quality, and budget
- 2. Develop and track Statements of Work (SOW), maintaining clear scope definitions and monitoring progress against deliverables
- 3. Forecast project revenue accurately and proactively manage project financials, including P&L; oversight and budget control
- 4. Lead program management activities, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- 5.
Analyze project performance metrics and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize outcomes
- 6. Oversee people management tasks, including resource allocation, team development, and performance reviews
- 7. Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues promptly, maintaining stakeholder confidence and minimizing disruptions
- 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery
