Key Responsibilities
Source and identify healthcare professionals through job portals and other recruitment channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.




Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
