We're Hiring: Key Account Manager – Europe | QuestionPro

Location: Pune | Work from Office – 5 days a week

QuestionPro is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage, support, and grow our existing Education-sector customers across Europe.

You'll work closely with universities, schools, researchers, faculty, and institutional stakeholders to help them adopt and maximize the value of research and survey technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing European customers
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, engagement, and retention
- Conduct QBRs, product trainings, workshops, and enablement programs
- Build robust relationships with university and education stakeholders
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities
- Prepare proposals and manage commercial discussions and negotiations
- Support customers through product changes and technology adoption
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams

Skills & Experience




- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage customers and lead training sessions
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to solving customer challenges
- Commercial acumen and confidence in discussing value, proposals, pricing, and negotiations
- Consultative approach to understanding customer requirements and translating them into technology solutions
- Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly understand and communicate SaaS products and new features
- Excellent problem-solving, ownership, and follow-through
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Interest or experience in SaaS, Education Technology, Research, or Customer Success is an advantage
