About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative people to join our team as Academic/Career Counsellors. This is a great chance to gain valuable experience in sales and communication, develop their interpersonal skills, and learn about the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and healthcare professionals.
- Generate leads and qualify prospects for sales opportunities.
- Build rapport and relationships with potential clients.
- Overcome objections and address customer concerns.
- Record and track call data for performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
