Technical Qualifications:
- 2-3 years PQE in General Corporate, Venture Capital and/or Private Equity transactions




- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across transaction documents (SHA, SSA, SPA, JV Agreements, Term Sheets)
- Sound understanding of Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, RBI regulations, SEBI rules
- Experience in due diligence, structuring and closure of VC/PE deals
- Completed Law (3/5 Year) with Certificate of Practice issued by BCI
- Interest/know-how of Data Privacy and Intellectual Property laws will be a plus

Basic Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage VC/PE transactions end-to-end including structuring, documentation and closure
- Draft, negotiate and advise on key commercial agreements (SHA, SSA, SPA, JV, commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs)
- General corporate law advisory including legal opinions around Companies Act, FEMA, RBI circulars, SEBI regulations
- Mentor and guide junior associates on the team
- Contribute to building the firm's corporate/VC-PE practice
