Hello Study Global is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic AP Physics Trainer to conduct high-quality online classes for students preparing for AP Physics examinations.
We are looking for trainers who can make complex Physics concepts easy to understand through explicit explanations, PPT-based teaching, diagrams, graphs and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and structured online AP Physics classes
- Teach concepts using PPT presentations and digital teaching tools
- Explain Physics concepts through diagrams, graphs, illustrations and worked examples
- Prepare students for AP Physics examinations through targeted practice
- Solve and explain AP-style questions and past examination problems
- Develop students' conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Adapt teaching methodology based on individual student needs
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding student requirements and progress
Mandatory Requirements:
- Strong command of Physics and excellent problem-solving ability
- Prior experience teaching AP Physics is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with the AP Physics curriculum and College Board exam format
- Must have a graphing tablet/stylus for online teaching
- Must be comfortable teaching using PPT presentations
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable conducting classes entirely online
- Professional, punctual and reliable
Preferred Experience
Experience teaching any of the following is a strong advantage:
- AP Physics 1
- AP Physics 2
- AP Physics C: Mechanics
- AP Physics C: Electricity & Magnetism
- IB Maths Curriculum, Cambridge AS A levels
- Experience teaching students following US/international curricula is also preferred.
