The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis - Sales and Service Finance will execute and continuously improve a variety of critical Sales Finance and Service financial processes within a growing global capability center environment. Reporting directly to the India GCC Finance team leader, this role will work closely with U.S. FP&A; team members and leaders, as well as the SVP and VP of Sales & Service Finance, to support high-priority commercial finance needs, stronger reporting discipline, and clearer performance visibility across the business.

This role will play an important part in scaling Sales and Service Finance capabilities, delivering timely and accurate sales reporting, and improving insight into seller performance and commercial trends. The individual will be expected to operate as a hands-on owner of assigned workstreams and bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to reporting, analysis, process improvement, and day-to-day business partnership as an embedded member of the U.S.-based team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capability,



attention to detail, and a high-ownership mindset, with a genuine passion for taking full ownership of reporting and analytical workstreams. This individual must be comfortable rolling up their sleeves, operating effectively in a growing GCC workplace, and leveraging strong analytical and communication skills to deliver relevant, timely, and actionable insights to business leaders. The ideal candidate must also be comfortable working within a matrix organization and partnering effectively across geographies and time zones.
