CYURÆ is looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible HR Executive / HR Associate to support recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, HR operations, and day-to-day people processes.
This role is suitable for candidates with 0–1 year of experience who want to build their career in HR while working in a fast-moving startup workplace.
Important
Practical knowledge of Zoho is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Support offer, joining, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee documents and HR records.
- Assist with attendance, leave, employee data, and HR coordination.
- Support employee engagement and internal activities.
- Help maintain HR reports and basic dashboards.
- Coordinate with employees for day-to-day HR queries and documentation.

- Candidate database management
- Recruitment pipelines
- Employee profile management
- Attendance and leave records
- Employee onboarding
