Role Overview

The HR & Admin Associate will be responsible for supporting the HR function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and handling administrative tasks. This role requires robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced education-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
/n
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
/n
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
/n
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback documentation.
/n




- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
/n

Administration

/n

/n
- Handle office correspondence, documentation, and filing.
/n
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics for staff and events.
/n
- Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment, and services.
/n
- Support planning and execution of company events, workshops, and competitions.
/n
- Maintain office inventory and ensure smooth daily operations.
/n

Requirements

/n

/n
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
/n
- 1–3 years of relevant HR/Admin experience (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).
/n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
/n
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with HR software/tools.
/n
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
