We’re Hiring: Pharmacometrics Programmer – R & NONMEM/(PK/PD)

Position: Pharmacometrics (PM) Support Programmer
Experience: 4–10 Years

Key Responsibilities
✅ Program and perform QC of NONMEM PK/PD datasets based on SDTM/ADaM datasets.
✅ Perform QC and follow-up of outsourced NONMEM datasets.
✅ Prepare submission projects according to internal Pharmacometrics guidelines.
✅ Perform QC of customized R packages used for Pharmacometrics standardization.
✅ Build testing suites for customized R packages.
✅ Ensure NONMEM input data is accurate, complete, and valid within defined timelines.
✅ Collaborate closely with Data Management, Statistics, Statistical Programming, and Bio-analytical teams.
✅ Review requirements and data, identify gaps, suggest solutions, and improve programming efficiency and quality.
✅ Contribute to the development of new Pharmacometrics standardization initiatives.
✅ Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, WIs, regulatory requirements, and ICH-GCP standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field.
4–10 years of relevant industry experience
Strong hands-on R programming experience – Mandatory
Knowledge of PK/PD and Pharmacometrics
Experience with NONMEM datasets / NONMEM programming & QC
Understanding of clinical trial concepts
Knowledge of *SDTM/ADaM* datasets will be an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
