Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve networking-related issues.
- Diagnose basic TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, and connectivity problems.




- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate incident and service request records.
- Deliver timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
