Job Description
Design, build and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI systems.
Develop planning, memory, orchestration and RAG capabilities.
Benchmark and optimise AI models for performance and safety.
Operate production AI systems and continuously improve outcomes.
Partner with AI engineers and leadership to define strategy.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
8+ years in software engineering.
5+ years building LLM or agentic AI solutions.
Robust Python and backend engineering expertise.
Experience with LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK or similar.
Hands-on knowledge of RAG, vector databases and AI deployment.
