About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP HCM / SAP Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll (On-Premises) and extensive US Payroll knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of configuring SAP Payroll and delivering end-to-end payroll implementations, from requirements and design through go-live and post-production support.

This is a hands-on functional/technical role requiring strong knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration, US payroll processes, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation activities from requirements through go-live and hypercare.
Perform hands-on configuration of SAP HCM Payroll – On-Premise.
Exposure to complex US Payroll and SAP HCM processes
Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll calculation rules, deductions, and payments.
Configure and support retroactive and off-cycle payroll processing.
Support US payroll taxation, statutory requirements, deductions, benefits-related payroll processing, garnishments, and compliance.
Work with HR/Core HR teams to support employee and master-data replication into SAP Payroll.
Support integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Core HR and SAP On-Premise Payroll.
Develop and execute payroll testing, including unit testing,



integration testing, parallel payroll runs, and reconciliation.
Troubleshoot payroll calculation and integration issues and provide production support.
Work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, technical teams, and other project members throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Support cutover, go-live, stabilization, and post-production activities.

Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM / SAP Payroll – On-Premise.
Extensive experience with US Payroll.
Proven hands-on experience configuring SAP Payroll.
Strong knowledge of Payroll Schemas and PCRs.
Experience configuring Wage Types and payroll calculation rules.
Strong understanding of US payroll taxes, deductions, benefits, garnishments, and statutory requirements.
Demonstrated end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation experience.
Experience across the full project lifecycle: Requirements → Design → Configuration → Integration → Testing → Data Migration → Cutover → Go-Live → Hypercare/Support.
Solid experience with payroll testing, reconciliation, parallel payroll runs, and production support.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Core HR with SAP On-Premise Payroll.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors-to-SAP employee/master-data replication.
Experience working on large-scale SAP HCM/Payroll transformation or implementation projects.
