We‘re looking for someone who has:

Robust architectural design and space-planning skills
/n
Experience developing projects from concept through design development
/n
Solid understanding of plans, sections, elevations, and architectural detailing
/n
Experience preparing detailed working drawings and construction documentation
/n
Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and building systems
/n
Ability to develop and coordinate architectural details
/n
Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants
/n
Experience with site visits and coordination with contractors and site teams
/n
Ability to review drawings and ensure design intent is maintained during execution
/n
Ability to identify and resolve design and execution-related issues
/n
Experience coordinating drawings, details, materials, and site requirements
/n
Ability to manage project deliverables and timelines
/n
Robust communication, coordination, and project-management skills
/n
