About the Role





They are looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to lead and manage their Design Draftsmen team.

The person will be responsible for managing pre-sales and post-sales design activities, coordinating with clients, consultants, business development, fabricators and internal teams, and ensuring that all design work is completed on time and as per project requirements.

The role requires valuable technical knowledge, strong coordination skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage a team and multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Design Management
- Lead and manage the Design Draftsmen team.
- Manage design activities for both pre-sales and post-sales orders.
- Allocate work to team members and set project-wise targets.
- Prepare and monitor the design lifecycle plan for each project.
- Ensure design activities are completed within the agreed timelines.
