Key Responsibilities
- Handle cashless approvals, pre-authorizations, and claim coordination with TPAs & insurance companies.
- Manage hospital empanelments and follow up on approvals.
- Coordinate with hospital teams for smooth admissions and discharges.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on portal
- Coordinate with insurer for smooth settlement.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong learning ability may also apply.
- Good English communication and computer skills.
- Candidates with a stable local residence will be preferred.
- Experience in TPA, health insurance, hospital billing, or cashless processing preferred.
