Manufacturing Excellence Solutions LLP (MES) is looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Engineer to develop our Screw & Barrel business across Karnataka.
This is a field-based technical sales role involving regular customer visits, business development and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and business opportunities across Karnataka.
- Regularly meet plastic processing companies, manufacturers and machine users.
- Meet Plant Heads, Production, Maintenance, Purchase teams and business owners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and drive follow-ups.
- Convert enquiries into orders and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with technical teams and OEMs for product selection and proposals.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
Who We Are Looking For
Prior Screw & Barrel experience is NOT mandatory. We value attitude,
learning ability and sales orientation.
