Job Purpose

Lead the Sales team at OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR under the Director of Sales & Marketing, driving room, weddings, MICE, catering and inbound-segment revenue through proactive account management, recent-business development and team leadership.

Leads the Wedding, Corporate & MICE, Inbound and Catering & Events sales teams to achieve segment revenue targets.
/n
Sets performance goals for the Sales team, coaches and conducts performance reviews.
/n
Identifies training needs within the sales team and coordinates with L&D.;
/n
Recruits and retains top sales talent across segments.
/n
Builds a team-oriented culture between segment sales teams and Revenue/Marketing.
/n
Recognizes and rewards top sales performers to reinforce a high-performance culture.
/n
Coaches segment sales managers on pipeline discipline and account-planning rigor.
/n
Represents the sales function in EXCOM strategic discussions.
/n
Conducts quarterly business reviews with each segment sales manager.
/n




Builds a referral and repeat-business incentive programme for the sales team.

Develops and executes account-acquisition and key-account growth plans across corporate, MICE, wedding and inbound segments.
/n
Builds and maintains relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agents, DMCs and MICE planners.
/n
Represents the Resort at trade shows, sales missions and industry events to build market presence.
/n
Conducts periodic account reviews with top-tier clients to strengthen relationships.
/n
Ensures proposals and collateral consistently reflect the OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR luxury positioning.
/n
Ensures corporate/MICE proposals reflect the OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR brand standard and attention to detail.
/n
Ensures site-inspection experiences for prospective clients reflect the Resort's best presentation.
/n
Ensures FAM trips and client-hosting experiences showcase the Resort's signatu
