Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide timely technical support and resolve service requests.
- Set up and manage user accounts and IT access.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace IT equipment as required.
- Test and implement recent technologies to support business operations.
