About the Role /n

As a Business Development Executive , you will be responsible for generating and converting business opportunities by connecting with prospective students and customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable programs, and driving enrollments.

This role involves lead management, sales, follow-ups, customer interaction, and achieving revenue targets .

Key Responsibilities /n

Connect with prospective students and customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
/n
Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant internship and training programs.
/n
Manage and qualify assigned leads through the complete sales cycle.
/n
Conduct product/program presentations and explain key perks.
/n
Follow up consistently with prospects and move leads through the sales funnel.
/n
Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
/n
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
/n
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion records in CRM/Google Sheets.
/n
Build solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
/n
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
/n
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to lead-generation initiatives.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.
