Farsight Consultancy Private Limited is hiring Business Development Executives (BDE) / Business Development Managers (BDM) to join our growing team.

We are looking for confident, result-oriented specialists who have strong communication, client-handling, negotiation, and sales conversion skills.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Final salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interview performance, communication skills, previous sales achievements, and overall capabilities.
Monthly revenue targets will be aligned with the agreed salary.
Monthly Target: 4× of the agreed salary
10% incentive on revenue generated above the assigned monthly target.
Strong performers have the opportunity to earn significantly above their fixed compensation through incentives.

Example:

Salary: ₹25,000/month

Monthly Target:



₹1,00,000

Revenue Achieved: ₹1,50,000

Revenue Above Target: ₹50,000

Additional Incentive: ₹5,000

Key Responsibilities
Handle prospective client leads and enquiries.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
Conduct sales calls and client consultations.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms.
Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion records.
Coordinate with internal teams after successful client onboarding.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and additional business.

Freshers with solid sales and communication skills may apply for the BDE position.
