AVP Sales – OEM Business

We are looking for an experienced AVP Sales – OEM Business to lead and drive Pan-India sales operations for a leading industrial engineering and capital equipment organization.

/n

The role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue and order intake, expanding market share, improving profitability, and strengthening strategic OEM and key-account relationships across India. The position will also lead a high-performing sales team and work closely with Engineering, Projects, Service, SCM, Finance, and Marketing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Pan-India OEM sales strategy, business development, and market expansion.
/n
- Drive order intake, revenue growth, profitability, and sales pipeline conversion.
/n
- Build and manage strategic relationships with OEMs, key accounts, distributors, consultants, and industry stakeholders .
/n
- Lead commercial and technical negotiations for large capital equipment projects and turnkey solutions.
/n




- Manage sales forecasting, CRM discipline, pipeline reviews, and opportunity conversion.
/n
- Identify new markets, industry trends, and business opportunities.
/n
- Lead, coach, and develop regional sales teams and build a robust performance-oriented culture.
/n
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless transition from sales to project execution.
/n

Ideal Candidate:

/n

/n
- 15–18 years of progressive sales leadership experience in a multinational or industrial organization.
/n
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is essential; MBA/PG qualification preferred.
/n
- Strong experience in Machine Building, Machine Tools, Capital Equipment, Industrial Equipment, Foundry Equipment, or related manufacturing industries .
/n
- Proven track record in selling large capital projects and turnkey solutions .
/n
- Strong technical and commercial negotiation skills.
/n
- Experience managing geo
