We’re looking for an experienced Destination Expert – International Holidays who combines strong destination knowledge with consultative selling and exceptional client handling skills.
This role goes beyond quoting packages, it requires understanding traveller needs, designing the right experience, building trust and consistently converting enquiries into high-value international bookings.
Understand client requirements, preferences and budgets to create customized holiday experiences.
• Sell FITs, luxury holidays, honeymoons, family holidays and bespoke international itineraries.
• Prepare and present customized itineraries, quotations,



hotels, activities, transfers and experiences.
• Follow up consistently and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate lead, quotation, follow-up and booking information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with operations, DMCs, hotels and travel partners for smooth booking execution.
• Stay updated on destinations, hotels, experiences, visa requirements and seasonal travel trends.
• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• 2–3+ years of proven experience in international holiday package sales.
• Minimum 2 years of consistent sales performance with demonstrable achievements.
• Experience handling HNI, premium, luxury or high-value clients.
• Knowledge of destinations such as UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Maldives, Dubai, Bali, Thailand and Singapore is an added advantage.
