Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Purchase (F&B;)

Responsible for procurement of food, beverages, grocery, fresh produce, dairy, bakery products, kitchen supplies and related consumables, including vendor management, negotiations and cost optimization.
Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Purchase (Maintenance)

Responsible for procurement of electrical, HVAC, MEP, plumbing, mechanical, engineering spares, maintenance materials and AMC/service requirements.
Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – General Non-Medical Purchase

Responsible for procurement of stationery, housekeeping items, uniforms, printing, furniture, office supplies, consumables and other general non-medical requirements.

Executive / Assistant Manager – Purchase (Civil Projects)

Responsible for procurement of civil construction materials and project requirements, including BOQ-based sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations and project procurement.

Common Candidate Profile
4–8 years of relevant procurement experience
Solid sourcing, negotiation and vendor management skills
Experience in healthcare, hospitality, infrastructure, facilities or institutional procurement preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems
Solid analytical and coordination skills
