Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Outreach:

Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, and growth opportunities across industries.

Build and maintain prospect databases and CRM records.

Execute personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.

Craft tailored communication that demonstrates an understanding of each prospect's business and challenges.

Follow structured outreach processes while adapting conversations based on prospect responses.

Lead Qualification & Relationship Building:

Engage prospects to understand their goals, challenges, and business needs.

Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and BLinc's leadership team.

Nurture long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.

Identify referral, networking, and partnership opportunities where relevant.

Reporting & Pipeline Management:

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and meeting outcomes.

Track activity levels, conversion metrics, and pipeline performance.
