About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead current business acquisition, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this is a hunter-focused role responsible for identifying, developing, and securing recent business opportunities across consulting, transformation, outsourcing, and professional services sectors.

The successful candidate will build a strong sales pipeline, engage with senior stakeholders, and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify, qualify, and secure current business opportunities across target markets.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract closure.
Generate business through networking, referrals, partnerships, and industry events.




Support expansion into new markets and industry sectors.

Client & Stakeholder Management
Build relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
Understand client challenges and position solutions effectively.
Develop trusted advisor relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.

Commercial Leadership
Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, and business cases.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies and service development initiatives.

Internal Collaboration
Partner with consulting, delivery, and marketing teams to develop client solutions.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support business growth.
Represent the organisation at industry events and networking engagements.
