Olivetrotter Wilderness Reserve & Wellness Retreat is looking for an experienced, energetic and target-driven hospitality sales professional to lead corporate, travel-trade, events and resort sales across Delhi NCR.

Located near Nangal, Punjab, Olivetrotter.Com Olivetrotter is a distinctive lakeside retreat offering premium stays, corporate off-sites, conferences, celebrations, weddings, wellness experiences and nature-based getaways. This is an opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence among corporate clients, travel partners, event planners and premium leisure travellers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop corporate, institutional, travel-trade, group, events and leisure business across Delhi NCR
- Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR teams, administrative heads, travel desks, travel agents, tour operators, wedding planners and event companies
- Generate room bookings, corporate retreats, conferences,



off-sites, weddings, group stays and food-and-beverage business
- Conduct regular field visits, sales calls, presentations, networking meetings and client follow-ups
- Negotiate corporate rates, group packages and annual business tie-ups while protecting revenue and profitability
- Organise familiarisation visits, property inspections and sales presentations
- Maintain an updated client database and prepare sales pipelines, visit reports and revenue forecasts
- Represent Olivetrotter at relevant travel, hospitality and corporate networking events
- Consistently achieve monthly booking and revenue targets

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Four to eight years of experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, travel or destination-property sales
- A strong existing network among Delhi-NCR corporates, travel agencies, tour operators and event planners
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and re
