We will only review candidates who complete the Google Form linked below. About the Role We’re looking for an Operations & Marketing Coordinator who can bring structure, ownership and momentum to the day-to-day running of client projects and our own marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who has a client servicing, account coordination, marketing or agency background and is comfortable managing multiple people, timelines and deliverables without needing to be chased.
You will work closely with the Founder & Creative Director to ensure that projects keep moving, clients and vendors are followed up with, briefs are clear, and our own social media and marketing stay on track.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForProject & Asset Coordination
Collate incoming briefs, storyboards and presentations into a central Excel tracker.
Follow up with clients,



vendors and internal teams to keep projects moving.
Maintain visibility on ongoing, confirmed and upcoming projects.
Creative Coordination & Brief Management
Coordinate and brief internal creative teams.
Develop a working understanding of client brand guidelines.
Conduct a first-level check to ensure work stays on-brand and on-tone.
Marketing & Social Media
Coordinate with marketing vendors and freelancers.
Keep content and campaigns moving according to schedule.
Keep social media, performance and website teams aligned on timelines and handoffs.
Track deliverables and ensure they remain aligned with the agreed strategy, tone of voice and brand direction.
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and vendors on active projects.
