Qualification : CA / ICWA / MBA – Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

/n

/n
Oversee the preparation and review of accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual), ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
/n
Ensure the organization adheres to financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards.
/n
Manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.
/n

Financial Control & Process Improvement:

/n

/n
Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
/n




Continuously improve accounting processes, including the automation and streamlining of financial reporting and reconciliation procedures.
/n
Ensure timely and accurate financial close and reporting cycles.
/n

Budgeting & Financial Planning:

/n
Lead the budgeting process, including forecasting and financial analysis.
/n
Develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with organizational goals.
/n
Monitor and manage the company's financial performance, identifying and addressing potential issues related to cash flow, revenue, and cost management.
/n

Team Leadership & Development:

/n

/n
Manage and mentor the finance team, setting explicit performance expectations and fostering career development.
/n
Provide leadership in a high-performance culture, ensuring the team's effectiveness and engagement.
