Experience: 8–12+ years in PTL/FTL/Express/Surface Logistics Sales, preferably with strong regional

customer and market exposure.

Qualification: Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing/Logistics preferred.

Job Purpose:

To drive PTL business growth across the assigned region by acquiring recent customers, developing key

accounts, expanding the regional network, achieving revenue and profitability targets, and ensuring

strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales strategy for PTL business.
Generate current business through direct sales, market visits, references, RFQs RFPs.
Identify and acquire corporate customers, SMEs, distributors, manufacturers, automobile and e-commerce/logistics clients, FMCG.
Develop recent PTL lanes for North,




Manage key accounts and increase business from existing customers.
Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and customer requirements.
Prepare sales pipeline, revenue forecast, MIS and management reports.
Lead and motivate the regional sales team and monitor individual performance.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, volume and profitability targets.
