We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore.

This is a B2B technology sales role, where you will be responsible for identifying potential businesses, reaching decision-makers, understanding their requirements and converting qualified opportunities into clients.

What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential B2B clients, companies, industries and decision-makers who could benefit from Webshark's solutions.




- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, online research and other outbound channels.
- Connect with founders, CEOs, CXOs, business owners, directors and other key decision-makers.
- Understand a prospect's business, digital presence, technology requirements and challenges.
- Identify opportunities where Webshark's services can create business value.
- Present and explain relevant solutions including web development, eCommerce, Shopify, mobile applications, custom software, SaaS, AI and digital transformation services.
- Conduct discovery calls and initial client meetings to understand requirements, budgets, timelines and decision-making processes.
- Work closely with our technical, design and project teams to translate client requirements into appropriate solution proposals.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals, presentations and commercial quotations.
