We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 9 to 12 years of progressive enterprise experience, specializing in Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) . In this role, you will define overarching technical architectures and provide thought leadership to unlock maximum business value for our clients. You will bridge complex business processes with end-to-end technical solutions—spanning CPQ, Revenue Cloud/ARM, Billing, and ERP integrations—while building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architecture & Solution Design: Lead end-to-end Salesforce system and solution architecture (functional and technical). Design scalable revenue architecture solutions using Salesforce ARM / Revenue Cloud ,
ensuring alignment with enterprise roadmaps and domain blueprints.

- ARM & Revenue Lifecycle Leadership: Own technical delivery for Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including product catalog design, complex pricing models (subscription, usage-based, volume-based), order orchestration, automated billing, and revenue recognition.

- Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Engage senior client leadership in business-outcome-oriented conversations. Articulate platform value propositions, conduct gap analyses, and apply Design Thinking (Customer Journey Mapping and Service Blueprints).

- Technical Ownership & Documentation: Own implementation tasks across full lifecycle delivery—from requirements scoping to deployment. Create detailed technical documentation (High-Level Design/HLD, Low-Level Design/LLD) and energetic architectural diagrams.
