Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to own the full product lifecycle for our clients — from onboarding through integration, deployment, and successful go-live. This role requires robust cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and support teams, and demands prior experience delivering technology projects within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding




- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new hospital clients, from kickoff through requirement scoping
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, setting expectations on timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Coordinate data collection, workflow mapping, and readiness assessments prior to implementation

Product Integration & Deployment
- Lead product integration efforts at client sites, coordinating with technical teams on system/data integrations (HMIS, EMR, and other hospital systems)
- Manage end-to-end deployment of Prodigy Health products, including configuration, testing, and go-live
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks, proactively resolving issues that could impact timelines or quality
- Ensure deployments meet healthcare data and workflow requirements specific to each client

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison bet
