MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5 years of experience in digital, social media, content, brand or creative roles and strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video.

• Excellent content ideation, writing and storytelling skills.

/n

• Strong visual taste and understanding of premium brands.

/n

• Hands-on experience in shooting and editing social content with solid ownership, execution and communication skills.

Our client is a premium sports, fitness, wellness and community brand operating across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Delhi. Its ecosystem includes Padel, Pickleball, Academies, Pilates, HYROX, Kids & Women’s programs, tournaments, events and recovery services.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

/n

• Own Serve Society's digital and social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.

/n

• Build and manage monthly/weekly content calendars.

/n

• Lead content ideation across sports, fitness, culture, trends, athletes, coaches, tournaments and community.

/n





• Plan and execute shoots and create content hands-on using an iPhone, including shooting, editing, captions and publishing.

/n

• Manage creative/social media agencies and external creators.

/n

• Build partnerships with athletes, influencers and creators.

/n

• Track content performance and connect digital activity to business outcomes.

/n

• Own and evolve Serve Society's online brand voice and visual identity.

/n

• Work closely with founders and internal teams to turn business priorities into compelling content.

/n

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

/n

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Advertising, Business or a related field.

/n

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.

/n

• Experience in sports, fitness, lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, consumer or D2C brands is preferred.

/n

• Strong portfolio of social media/content work
