Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Domestic Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions across India. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT and technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation and assist with offer closure.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.




Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Domestic IT/Technical Recruitment.
Strong experience hiring for technical roles such as Developers, Engineers, Cloud, Data, QA, and other IT positions.
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and job portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is preferred.
