About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist who can manage our organic social media presence while actively identifying, engaging, qualifying, and converting potential clients through social platforms and online communities.

This is a hands-on, results-driven role combining:
- Social media management
- Content creation
- Community engagement
- Organic prospecting
- Lead generation
- Lead qualification
- CRM management
- Prospect follow-up

The ideal candidate is not simply a social media content poster. You should be comfortable finding potential clients, participating in relevant conversations, initiating DMs, identifying buying signals, qualifying prospects, and generating genuine consultation opportuni
