Role Description
The Senior Key Account Manager – E-commerce will own and grow a portfolio of strategic brand accounts, with responsibility for revenue, margin, account profitability, operational performance, and client relationships.
The role requires someone who can go beyond relationship management and understand how an e-commerce business operates end-to-end—from demand planning and inventory availability to marketplace execution, promotions, advertising, reconciliation, and profitability.
Key responsibilities include developing account growth plans, tracking performance against targets, identifying revenue and margin opportunities, and coordinating execution across supply chain, warehousing, finance, marketplace operations, and marketing teams.
The role will also be responsible for monitoring sales trends, inventory and fill rates, promotions, recent product launches, pricing, claims and deductions, and other account-level performance drivers. The Senior KAM will conduct regular business reviews with clients, provide forecasts and recommendations, resolve escalations, and continuously improve processes and account economics.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Key Account Management and e-commerce, with demonstrated ownership of strategic brand or seller relationships.
- Experience working with major e-commerce and quick-commerce portals, with practical understanding of their operating processes
