We’re BeepLearn – the edtech vertical of Beep.

We need someone special who can own BeepLearn like their own business.

It’s about running and scaling an entire vertical – shaping courses, building teams, managing P&L;, ensuring profitability, and making BeepLearn the place students trust.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the growth, revenue, profitability, and overall business performance of BeepLearn, including the vertical's P&L.;
- Lead and manage the Business Development team, setting targets, driving performance, and building a high-accountability culture.
- Build, hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Drive learner acquisition through sales, partnerships, webinars, events, communities, and other cutting-edge growth initiatives.
- Own the complete learner journey—from first interaction to enrolment, retention, and referrals.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to launching new courses, particularly in AI, technology, and future-skills domains.
- Monitor key business metrics, optimize conversion funnels, and use data to improve revenue,



learner outcomes, and profitability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs to continuously improve team effectiveness.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams, providing insights on learner needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Work directly with the founders to drive strategic initiatives and scale BeepLearn into a leading learning business.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in B2C Sales / Business Development, with at least 1+ year of team management experience.
- Prior EdTech experience is preferred, especially in B2C learning, upskilling, or career-focused programs.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
