Role Description The Maintenance Electricia ccn will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing electrical issues, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, ensuring safe operation of machinery, and promptly addressing breakdowns to minimize downtime. The role involves collaborating with production and maintenance teams to support continuous operations, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining accurate records of work performed. This is a full-time, in office role based in Karnataka, India,



requiring regular presence on the shop floor and occasional work outside standard hours to support operational needs.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Electrical Maintenance and general Electricity knowledge relevant to industrial environments.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of electrical panels, motors, and production machinery.
Experience with Preventive Maintenance practices, including routine inspections, testing, and documentation.
experience in the project coordination on brown field project
Diploma qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Familiarity with industrial safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe handling of electrical equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, manuals, and technical specifications.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production facility is an advantage.
