Role Description The Business Development Manager role at Glintred is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the individual will identify and qualify new business opportunities,



develop and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients, and build a robust sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery. The Business Development Manager will track performance metrics, forecast revenue, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
