Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The SEO Specialist will manage day-to-day SEO activities, including conducting keyword research, performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, and optimizing on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, and internal links.



The role involves developing and executing link-building strategies, monitoring website performance using web analytics tools, and preparing regular reports on traffic, rankings, and user behavior. The specialist will collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align SEO initiatives with brand and campaign goals, and stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices to drive sustainable organic growth.
Qualifications
Ability to perform targeted Keyword Research and develop data-driven SEO strategies.
Experience conducting comprehensive SEO Audits, including technical, content, and structural reviews.
Proficiency in On-Page SEO techniques, such as optimizing titles, meta descriptions, URL structures, and internal linking.
Skills in Link Building, including outreach, relationship management, and evaluating backlink quality.
Hands-on experience with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console
