Job Summary :



We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Costing Engineer / Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with 1.5–2 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-off, estimation, costing, preparation of BOQs, rate analysis, and supporting project teams in commercial and cost-related activities.

Key Responsibilities :
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and material quantity calculations from drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimates for projects.
Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project requirements.
Prepare rate analysis for materials, labour, equipment, and other project activities.
Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Support the preparation of project quotations and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with Design, Project, Procurement, and Site teams to clarify technical and quantity-related
