Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Success Lead to join our Customer Success team. This individual will bridge the gap between our clients and our technology, ensuring that customers achieve maximum value from our product offerings.



The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for building strong, trust-based relationships with our clients. They will work closely with both customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Implementation: Lead customer onboarding by guiding them through product setup, configuration, and integration with their existing systems. Conduct training sessions to help customers and their teams become proficient in using the product.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that impact the customer experience.
Customer Success Management: Own and develop relationships with a portfolio of customers
