The Guest Relations Executive – F&B; is responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests by providing personalized service, handling guest queries and feedback, managing reservations, and maintaining solid guest relations across the restaurant and F&B; outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival at the restaurant or F&B; outlet.
Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest preferences.
Ensure VIP guests and special occasions receive personalized attention.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and service team to ensure smooth guest service.
Handle guest enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Conduct regular guest interactions to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
Maintain records of guest preferences, feedback, birthdays, anniversaries, and special requests.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for special dietary requirements.
Promote F&B; offers, special menus, and events to guests.
Assist in upselling food and beverage offerings.
Ensure the restaurant ambience, cleanliness, and presentation meet company standards.
Job Expectations
Support the team during busy service periods when required.
Prepare guest feedback and service reports as required.
Minimum Qualification
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred.
Minimum Job Experience
1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Restaurant Service, or F&B; Operations.
