Requirements
Significant experience as a senior or staff-level frontend engineer, owning complex web applications in production.
Deep expertise in frontend architecture, component and design systems, and state management at scale.
Solid grasp of frontend performance, accessibility, and correctness.
Excellent technical communication and the ability to lead initiatives across teams without formal authority.
Fluency in a modern TypeScript and React frontend stack.
Good To Have
Experience designing and shipping SDKs or libraries for external consumption.
Experience with micro-frontends or Module Federation.
Contract-driven frontend development against a backend-for-frontend with generated types.
Ownership of a design system or component library used across multiple product surfaces.
Experience building frontend observability and end-to-end test automation.
