Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and cloud technologies to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving and customer-facing support skills, along with a good understanding of cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Knowledge or hands-on experience in AI/ML and related technologies will be an added advantage. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, collaborating with engineering teams, and supporting applications/services in a cloud environment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Cloud Support, or Production Support.
Good understanding of troubleshooting methodologies, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Good knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and basic troubleshooting commands.
Understanding of networking concepts,



APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and system/application logs.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge or hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, Python, ML models, or AI/ML platforms is preferred.
Exposure to monitoring/logging tools and cloud-native technologies will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
