Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Indore. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for K-MEDIA’s marketing and creative services. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential clients, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings,



presenting service offerings, and preparing proposals and quotations. The executive will manage and nurture client accounts, coordinate with internal teams to understand service capabilities, and ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client relationships. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, maintaining CRM records, and contributing insights to improve business development strategies and market positioning.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
Strong Business acumen, including understanding of marketing services, D2C brand needs, and revenue-focused solutions.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
