We are looking for an experienced and dependable Assistant Store Manager to join our Delhi flagship store and take ownership of day-to-day retail operations and team performance.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can independently manage the floor, lead a small team and maintain the standards expected of a premium luxury brand.
You will work closely with the brand management team and play an important role in building the culture and operational discipline of the flagship store.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Drive sales and achieve store and individual targets
Lead and supervise the retail team
Train and develop Fashion Consultants and junior team members
Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience
Maintain high standards of grooming, presentation and store ambience
Manage inventory, stock movement and operational procedures
Ensure opening, closing and store security procedures are strictly followed
Maintain accurate sales, inventory and operational reporting
Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally
Monitor team attendance, discipline and performance
Coordinate with the management team on daily store requirements
Take ownership of store standards even when senior management is not present
What We Are Looking For
2–5 years of experience in premium/luxury retail preferred
