Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a remote,



contract role responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding Veerbal Group’s client base in engineering and facility management services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, generating and qualifying leads through digital outreach, networking, and relationship-building, and preparing proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements. The role involves collaborating with internal technical teams to align service offerings with client expectations, maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools, and supporting negotiations and follow-ups to close contracts. The specialist will also monitor competitor activities, track performance against targets, and provide feedback on service improvements based on client interactions.
